Stick with what will benefit you the most. Look, I don’t know your whole situation and I don’t know who you are personally, so I can’t give you a straight answer. And even if I did, the decision would be up to you in the end, anyway. If you feel that the situation is shady, let it go. We already have enough in life against us, why make it harder? But if you feel that it’s worth the fight, then all means do what you please. Just remember that he’s going to do what he wants to do and you really can’t change that. If he wants to go with some other female, let him. If she wants to be rude to you, let her. You gain nothing from trying to fight something that isn’t in your control.
The best you could do is mind your own business and move on with life. I know you say you ‘love’ him and this/that but who do you love most, him or yourself? Keep it real, in the end, the only thing that matters is how you feel/your own happiness. So suck it up and do what’s best for you.
